UNITY was born from something simple and powerful: love between a father and his daughter.

I’m a dad, a runner, and someone who believes that what we wear can stand for something bigger. When my daughter came out as gay, it didn’t change who she was—it deepened my understanding of courage, honesty, and what it truly means to show up for the people you love.

Like a lot of parents, I wanted to support her in a way that went beyond words.

UNITY started as an idea at the intersection of movement and meaning. Running has always been my way to clear my head, push forward, and keep going, especially when things get tough.

I realized that’s exactly what so many in the LGBTQTIA+ community do every day: move forward with strength, pride, and resilience in a time where the world can be unfriendly.

So I set out to create a running shoe that stands for inclusion, visibility, and belonging.

UNITY isn’t just about performance—though we care deeply about comfort, durability, and design. It’s about creating something that says you are seen, you are supported, and you are not alone. A shoe that represents showing up for one another, mile after mile.

An outward sign of community support and love.

This brand is for runners of all paces, all backgrounds, and all identities. It’s for parents learning alongside their kids. It’s for allies.
